Used Bio-Art PlastVac P7 vacuum forming machine, from a dental lab. In excellent cosmetic and working condition. We tested it and molded a piece of plastic, as you see in the pictures. It includes an operating manual and two pieces of plastic to get started. Made in Brazil.- The Bio-Art Plastvac P7 is a device exclusively designed for thermoforming processes (plasticizing) and is indicated for different applications, turning the production of trays simple, accurate and efficient.- Compared with the machine made in China, the biggest advantage of the vacuum forming machine made in Brazil is that this machine adds the function of rotating and switching the heating surface, so that the upper and lower sides of the sheet material can be heated, and the heating is more uniform, so that it can operate thicker materials and complete more processing. This is something the current Chinese made machines on cannot do.- A powerful 1400W motor, it automatically generates the vacuum at the conformation instant.
