IDEAL STENCIL MACHINE No 2 Die Cuts 1/2" Letters WORKS Antique Industrial Vtg. The industrial design is excellent for many rooms and a large variety of decor styles. With much of its original red & black paint, and many embossed areas, its a really visually interesting item. Its working condition adds a fun aspect to this piece, the way the wheel spins to point the arrow at the number you want to punch is pretty fun. I have played around with it myself stamping out the name of my business on pieces of cardstock. It would be great for making stencils to airbrush or paint on nice sturdy paper. I would be it could do thin plastic just fine, but as it says in bold- no metal! It would also be nice for a small business, crafting studio, art room, and more. It makes this an excellent staple piece for your collection, one your friends definitely won’t have! A great collectors item, for use display gifting or decor.
It is in good condition, with no major damage. I have cleaned it as best I can without taking anything apart, I have not cleaned the internals at all. I have lightly tested it, the numbers stamp nicely and the dies do not appear to be overly worn from use. These things were built to last, and if you properly care for it, this machine will outlive you and I by a longshot!
