Please refer to pictures for condition and measurements. Estate purchase. As seen in pictures, the cover appears to have paint splotches and other marks seen on the front and a little bit on the back. The cover is made out of some hard plastic material. It is cracking seen on the back. See pictures. This is a 3 ring binder where I see rust marks on the rings. The actual pages inside the book do have discoloration/marks/fingerprints seen. Most likely this was actually used in a plant. I’m not sure if any of the pages are missing or not. As is. Pet free smoke free home. Please feel free to ask me any questions.
