This is a working Panasonic Electric Pencil Sharpener with a working Auto Stop. When I tested this the auto stop does work but it makes for a longer sharpened section than I am used to with newer sharpeners - but if the sharpened length is too long the pencil can always be pulled out sooner. This is a rather heavy sharpener - so it won't be shifting around your desk as you push the pencil in. This sharpener is vintage and has some nicks and scratches and the front where the pencil goes in seems to be rusted a bit under the plastic but despite all that it was made in a time where quality mattered and this is likely to last for years to come.About me and my Shipping: I try to ship with recycled, reused, or recyclable packaging as much as I can. Currently, I have an abundance of packing-popcorn leftover from a large part that got shipped to me, I won’t usually ship with this material, but as it is free, I am reusing it in some of my packages (apologies if you hate the stuff). I will combine shipping on any orders ordered from me, on the same day, if it makes sense to do so, i.e.: heavy stuff is sometimes cheaper to send separately. I typically process orders by the next day, but I have put all my processing times at three days, in case I have to do overtime or something at my day job. I live in a travel trailer, do out of a small shed, and I'm hoping to use my income to save up for a down payment on a house.
