This little digital recorder is great! As long as you read the instructions first! When I got mine the box wasn't in great shape, but the recorder itself looked brand new. I bought an 8GB micro SD card to put in it, but couldn't find the software anywhere? So I went online and downloaded the software for it. It was then that I plugged it into my PC and clicked on the windows folder and there were the instructions, (I did get some instructions on paper with it), and the software to install was included in that folder. After reading the instructions it tells you how to run it. Recording tips, how to use folders to store what you record, everything you need is included except the batteries. The quality of the recording is great, and you have different settings for different situations. And the battery life is great! I wish I had gotten this a couple of years ago!
