Here you go another link to OS 6.0.0.418.

Not only for newbies. I would imagine there's a lot of people including myself who are waiting for an official release before doing anything. My phone is for business and I can't afford to tinker around.

I run leaks on my devices all the time. backup restore function works well for me. but I do like to tinker a bit.

And, that is old now. There's a newer leak over in our Beta OS section.

I have a BB issued through my company. Will this mess up all the settings like my emails and company installed apps (like RSA SecurID...)?

They just put up an official release. You can get it at the very top of this forum.

Did you delete the vendor.xml file?

Are you saying you can't find the loader.exe file? Did you install OS6 on your computer?

Blackberry 9700 OS6 and the spinning circle

Since upgrading to OS6 on my 9700 I get the spinning circle frequently and it is getting to be annoying. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a fix? Can I roll back to the last version of OS5?

I am generally quite happy with the new OS but the loss of native memory coupled with the spinning cirlce more than canceles out the wow factor of OS6.:?
