guys i need serious help because my blackberry 9700 bold once i turn it on i cant get it past the loading bar screen (the main bit) it looks like its working then it stops near the end and then once it does reach end bit it stops and freezes with just "blackberry" and the loading bar. and i have tried taking out battery for 10 minutes even longer and put it back in, it still wont work. HELP PLEASE!!

My problem was the red light would come on then the screen would load for less than a minute then it would turn off and keep repeating what i stated.
basically to fix it i just connected it to my PC and went on the blackberry website and updated to the newest OS software available. Really hope this helps everyone (y) |
