Is Optus OS good for TMO?

I installed Optus OS on my new bb 8300 and there is no browser icon on bb. I search lot they said O2 OS is better for TMO...

I really need chinese support/input support on my bb, but my carrier is TMO. Is there any method to make my bb able to read chinese and type chinese?

Or is Optus OS work fine with ATT? If so, I maybe go back to ATT carrier to use Optus OS.

Await for your help and opinion...

Thanks

For some reason, no browser service books will come to the 8300 on TMo with any OS's later than the O2 OS. At this time there is no fix as it's on the TMo end of things. Yes, the Optus OS works fine on ATT 8300's.

Oh well, then if i installed O2 OS then is there any way to install chinese support/input support such as xxxxx.alx and xxxxx.cod?

Or have to wait until TMO release 8300 then I able to use Optus OS?
