bbm/pin "service blocked" ?? please help
 

Something very weird is going on.

With just ONE contact on my 9700 (carrier: du) I suddenly cant bbm or pin. She can send me messages, pin, but not me to her. Pin says service blocked. Have rebooted a number of times, deleted and re added BBM app. I then deleted her and resent invite and she didn't get it. I have even updates my OS. Still the same problem.

She is in INDIA. All my other contacts are also in India and work fine. I recently shifted here in Abu Dhabi and the problem arose. Her bb is also working fine.

Anyone have any ideas?? :(

Her BB has been reported as lost or stolen to her carrier.

Even she has talked to her carrier's customer service a lot of times. Her bbm is working fine with her other contacts. She can even message me and send me a request. But if i accept her request, it remains pending.

I need new bbm pin couse there is someone who is using my pin and please bring me the difficult one I can not keep on sharing the information with someone that I don't even know

The PIN for the single contact is no longer in use.

Confirm the correct PIN for the single contact.
Send a new BlackBerry Messenger invitation to the single contact's email address. you can go through these steps:

Validate the services are correctly provisioned for BBM .Contact the wireless service provider to change provisioning services.

Send a PIN message to the contact to verify the PIN delivery status.If the PIN message was not sent successfully, verify the signal status and contact the wireless service provider if there is an issue with PIN message delivery.
