Can someone tell me how to fix this problem on my Pearl flip 8230?

You need to reload the OS. See the yellow sticky at the top of the 8200 sections for the latest OS and the instructions on how to do it. Follow them exactly and be patient. It can take an hour or longer. Make sure that the PC and the BB do not lose power during the process.
