Emulator für Blackberry 7100v
 

Hello,

For testing a mobile Webapplikation I need to simulate the Blackberry 7100v.

Is there a emulator availible?

the RIM JDK comes with a 7100v simulator

yes, but it doesn't seem to be available from the JDE
(and you know, JDE 4.0 is not available yet for France...don't know for Germany)

None of the handheld simulators are available from the JDE... you write your app, build it and fire up the simulator and run it. It's pretty straight forward. And whether or not it's available in a certain country shouldn't be an issue to actually run the app, unless you are using lookup tables for multi language compatibility.

I'm not sure if this is what movalys_matt means, but you can select the simulator:

1 - In JDE, choose Edit -> Preferences

2 - In Simulator tab, choose the device you want to simulate under "Profile".
