Third party application

In general, how to activate third party application?
I just got BerryAnnoying and
Autostandby from crackberry.com but both seams not functioning even allowing all permissions under advance option.

I e-maild tech support but no response at all!
They say both will work with 8220.

Perhaps the programs are not compatible with the new 82xx series? Though it is hard to write a program which is not generally compatible, there might be some slight differences in the programming interface which may cause some programs not to work on specific models.

Are you on BES? Some companies restrict their employees from downloading 3rd party apps to their Blackberrys.
