Remote Backup of Device : Is that possible ?

If user is on a BES server (5.0 SP3 MR4), is it possible to take a full device remote backup without the device owner's knowledge ? If yes, please give me more details.

I am aware that this is possible using the Desktop Manager and with the device connected to the computer, but the backup needs to be done remotely & without the user's knowledge.

The BES keeps a wireless backup of the data on the device.

Thanks for responding, but this doesn't help. Maybe I am not clear, but wondering if it's possible to duplicate the entire blackberry without the users knowledge. (ie. take a wireless full backup and restore the same to a new device)

No, that is not possible, to my knowledge. If you would activate a new device with the user's email, it would restore the wireless backup from the BES and prepopulate the email. However, the user's current device would stop working.

I don't believe there is any way of doing what you're asking and I am not sure why anyone would need to do this, without the user's knowledge.

...and non-native apps don't get backed. Mail messages restored are only very recent and not a ton of them at that either.
