email problem
hi
i am in iran and i bought bb bold 9900 about 4 days ago and i have problem when i go to email setup the phone should give me a two choice but it does not it means when i goto email setup the phone just give me a one choice and its enterpris mail but i have not enterprise mail and i want to set yahoo , google, outlook and ... other mail account now what should i do??? |

when i connect to wifi and open a app and its need internet my phone give an error to me and it say your phone do not connect to internet what should i do ?? please help me this phone is for my job and i should sent about 40 email in one day and i need it |

You need to have a BlackBerry Data Plan on your account. Contact your carrier hamrage aval.

No carriers in Iran, including Hamrah-e-Aval, offer BlackBerry data plans, so the device will never work properly. Please return it and purchase a different device.

I'd wipe the phone. Make a password and misspell it 6-10 times......
My thinking, is you have an BES service book preventing you from adding bis accounts to the phone.... is it a new phone? I side with dc/dc if it is not a used phone(you didn't indicate). |

While a previously corporate-used BB might have an IT Policy that prevents personal email, in this case it's even more simple. As dc/dc said, no Iranian carrier supports the necessary BlackBerry data plan so it's never going to work.
