.83 is bad! How to roll back to old firmware?

Please help guys this phone is almost worthless.

Delete the software for .83 off of your computer and re-download the OS you'd like to roll back to. Install the OS and open Desktop Manager. The steps are the same as the ones you used to upgrade :-)
