Orange UK / BIS / GMail - Issues?
 

Is anyone having any issues receiving email from GMail via BIS on Orange UK? I've not had anything through since Saturday morning and I've tried everything. I have 2 GMail accounts setup in BIS and one BIS account (xxx@blackberry.orange.co.uk). I've tried all the normal things but nothing seems to get it to spring back to life. These are the steps I've tried so far.

1 - Resent Service Books
2 - Deleted & Re-added Accounts
3 - Re-Registered via Host Routing Table
4 - Battery Pull
6 - Downgraded to latest Orange UK supported OS (done at Orange CS's request)

Anyone else having problems or know what could be causing problems?

Hi there matthewbunce, I work for Orange and might be able to help.

I have checked with our Blackberry Support Team and they are not aware of any current issues with receiving mail from gmail. It looks like you have been quite thorough in your diagnostics and the only other checks they have suggested are to make sure the accounts are set up for POP3 or IMAP and to perhaps set up another email account, to see if the issue is specific to your two current gmail accounts.
