Has any one encountered the following issues on Q10?

1. Sms's don't get delivered until you restart the OS.
2. System hangs sporadically or restarts alone
3. Contacts get mixed up due to multiple exchange accounts. Had a case where Q10 was showing me my wife and called someone else.
4. Contacts synchronisation is funny, at times it works at times it flaws.
5. Battery gets very hot, can't keep in pocket and can't find what's causing this!
6. Had to swipe the device to get it a bit better!

Swipe? you mean battery pull? I have had the Q10 since just before public release on ATT and I have not had any of the issues you have had.
If that many of us had these issues you would read about it here long ago.
What version software came on the Q10

No back button for running programs.
No tone repeat for text messages.
