Error 523

I was rebooting my cell after deleting my XM radio app, when I got an error 523. I did a battery pull, but got the same result.
So I connected my laptop to it, turned on the DM, and reset the phone again. That did the trick, but I am just wondering what happened. What is the error #523? I just want to know as it could help me to not make the same mistake twice, and send my heart into standstill again.

I just got that today myself. Was playing pacman and it froze. Every other program could be accessed and worked fine, but pacman was unresponsive.
It gave me the option to reset, so I did that and all is well again. I just hope it doesn't come back.
