BB Pearl on Vodafone PAYG UK
 

Hya!
Bit of a novice on these things, but generally now I am getting used to it, LOVE it.

Got a Pearl 8120 , used to be on o2, but unlocked, and now on Vodafone. On turn-on, o2 still shows, and their startup screen still there too. Cannot access wi-fi, can attach to network ok, but not access internet because it says "unable to open a PDP context to the following APN wap.vodafone.co.uk. this my be because the selected browser configuration is not compatible with the current network"
Have done all the browser settings correctly (I think) but will not do wap or log onto the wireless network (and I do have wireless turned on.....)

BTW.....PAYG, but no data service from Vodafone purchased.

Startup screen cannot be changed.

You need a blackberry data plan, even for wi-fi.
