My phone doesn't have a network mode option and can't select 3g or 2g and thus my edge I'd in small letter though my bis come up in another bb pls some one help can factory reset help in this case

1. The 8520 is a 2G only device. It does not have 3G.
2. Do you have a BLACKBERRY specific data plan (BIS) from your phone service provider? 3. Do they support that device? |
