z30 and Blackberry 10 Classic troubles
 

So a while ago I came across a stash of various Blackberry phones in a e-waste bin. After examining all the phones I took two of them, a z30 and a Blackberry 10 Classic (They were being thrown out so I saw no issues with taking them). After arriving home and plugging them in I was excited to see that the led light on both devices worked, after letting them charge I realized that the phones had charged but the screen remains black when holding down the power button. The z30 LED continues to flash green after it has been unplugged as well. My question is does anybody know how i can restore these phones to a working order?

The phone may have been wiped and the OS needs to be restored.
