How to restore the backup of BlackBerry 9790 in to BB-Q10?

Hi;

I had BB9790 which has become faulted and now I have just got BB-Q10. I want to restore the backup of BB9790 in to BBQ10 so that all the settings contacts etc transfer in Q10. Currently I have BlackBerry Desktop Software 7.1.
