BlackBerry Theme Studio 7.1 (BETA)
 

BlackBerry Theme Builder 7.1 supports most of the OS 7 devices out there, which include models; 9981, 9930/9900, 9860/9850, 9810, 9790, 9380, 9360/9350, 9320/9220, and 9310. You can also export the theme(s) for OS 7.0 or OS 7.1 compatibility.

RIM has since removed most of the links.

I will appreciate it so much if someone can supply me with a link to a download for this app please. Looks like RIM is taking down all them links for some or other reason. Why, I have no idea, since it's been out there already?

You may want to try one of the links in the OP.

I know the Ge.tt link works, it's my account, and 73 people downloaded this file last night. BlackBerry (RIM doesn't exist anymore, they changed their name) can't take that link down.

EDIT: Both links work, and it's not an app, it's a program one installs on their PC.

Thanks for sharing. Wonder when they are going to actually release the Theme Studio 7. Also wondering if they are going to add PlayBook as a supported device
