HTML Browser WHO & WHEN [Nextel HTML Web Browser finally working]
Ok St. Louis MO time 10:35am, just got the html browser all the sudden. Although at about 9am this morning I went to the Nextel Wen CLient page and tried to send myself the internet browser service book. I haven't gotten a conf. yet through e-mail as I usally do.
If you got it where are yo located and when did you get it? |
My data services aren't working right now for some reason but I'll try to send the service book to see what happens.

just received my browser ICON, attempting no sure what to do next. Any help on this? I have tried to use but no able to get beyond "requesting".

I just received the HTML browser. But I lost connectivity on all my other apps. BBWeather, Verichat, NewsFlash

Just got it here in NJ.Read this post and did a hard boot and it works.using it now to view forums.

No luck here. I resent service books and did a hard reboot. I only have the 4.0 OS. Do I need to get the upgrade? I'm on mac so I don't know how I can get it OTA.

The browser is working fine for me but all of my 3rd party apps are saying "Bad DNS Address" Any Ideas?

Mine is here in Orlando, arrived sometime this AM. It started right up, connected without a hitch.

Now I have lost all conectivity. I have full bars, and I can make and receive calls, but that's it. What's going on?

A few of us have noticed the same issue. Might be worth a call to Nextel BB support. I'll call around 3pm EST. In and out of meeting until then.

I just talked to Nextel BB support and they said they are experiencing issues. They told me to give it an hour or so. I also have lost all email and data services.

Sounds like problems all over the place. But at least we got the browser. :)

They must be having major issues. I just tried to log on to my BWC and got the following message:
"Your Blackberry Web Client account has been suspended. Please contact Nextel at 1-800-639-6111 for assistance." We'll see what happens. |
