10.1.0.4181 [MR] - Bugs
 

Apparently, anyone using an OS 7.1 device or earlier cannot BBM (Confirmed with Rogers and Bell)with anyone using a BB10 device. PIN to PIN messages work just fine. No messages or PING or file transfer will go through.

Hub - Lost my email integration. The accounts are synced, and I have left the option enabled to include all communications in the hub. I have tried rebooting, restarting the hub. Nada...:x

Modules from 10.2

I have a device on 10.1, but I had installed both the Clock (11.19.10) from 10.2 and the Camera (10.10.1.3) from another version of 10.2. I found a few errors. If you have installed any of the bar files from 10.2 and then upgrade to the MR - 10.1.0.4181 then all of your existing settings will remain intact. For example: My version of clock has multiple alarms. I have them set for 05:45 and 06:01. I forgot about my multiple alarms. Yesterday morning, both my alarms went off even though when I opened my Clock app there was only one alarm that was present. I could only dismiss the alarm, I could not disable it. I had to reload the Clock app to gain access to those features again. :? Admittedly, my fault though for loading those other versions.

Every kick in the pants is a step forward eh BlackBerry..lol

I have 5 people on OS 5,6,7,7.1 that have BBM me today.

Nope, my wife and kids are on Bold 9900's and BBM me all day long - unfortunately.

Zom, maybe it's a carrier issue not related to the OS level.

Possibly, I think the Channels may have had something to do with it. I restored my settings and reinstalled the beta without even checking if everything was working. Most of the other BBM-related bugs that I heard about involved the Channel beta program. Seemed to be a common theme. My battery was suffering too, but I went to 10.2 and haven't looked back. Only problems I have now are with BBMaps, but Google Maps is amazing on 10.2
