BES Phone has to send email twice
I have users connected to a BES 5.0.1.4 server and when they try to send email the get a red cross next to it the user has to then send it again for it to really be sent

Moved to the BES Admin section.

Open one of the red X messages on the handheld (before it is resent) - scroll all the way to the top of the message and read the send status.

Hi thanks for the reply. The error message they are getting is "Mailbox couldn't find original message, if forwarding or replying please resend the message."

Troubleshooting BlackBerry issues is not that difficult with an error to work with if you know where to search. Please try these.
(1) Go to BlackBerry Technical Solution Center (2) Search "Mailbox couldn't find original message" You will have at least 3 hits. Check them. |
