Insuffcient Space for application

Trying to download Twitters to my blackberry curve, but keep getting message - Insufficient space for application. I have a memory card installed that is completely empty. Going on trip & want to do the Continental #justlanded. How do I get it on my phone?:bb:
Thanks, MW

Can't run apps from the memory card. You need to delete some apps that you don't use to make room. And keep in mind, once memory starts running low, the device will slow down, call logs and even email will get deleted.

Adding on to what dub dub said, you can connect your blackberry to your desktop manager on your pc/mac to see an easily little chart of your remaining memory.

Its also a good idea to set aside a certain amount of memory that can't be used, and you will be alerted when you reach your set limit. I believe you can set that on your desktop manager.

No, not that I have ever seen. Show us a screen shot of yours if you can.

And you can't view "application" memory on the device from the PC... what you're likley seeing is the device's built-in media memory. Some devices like the Bold 9000, torch 9800, and Storms have 1-4gb of built-in media space.
