If not the 8330, what will?!?

We use Verizon here at work and my rep just told us about a bogo deal on the Blackberry Curve 8330...which I want...badly..but have ATT..I found a thread from last August about Verizon Bberry's being CDMA and ATT's being GMS or whatever...just wondering if any new developements have made this possible or which Bberrys from other carriers WILL work on ATT..Thanks!

Only an unlocked T-Mobile here in the states. Verizon and Sprint are CDMA and will not work on AT&T

Nope. CDMA is still CDMA and GSM is still GSM. No amount of new developments will make one work with the other.

There are devices such as the 9530 that will work with both but the 9530 was designed to support CDMA and GSM so it's an entirely different matter.
