WhatsApp on BB 9360 - LED light flashing
 

**Could not see anywhere eles i could post this**

I have the BB 9360 for a week now, its all good but noticed that when i get a WhatsApp message the LED light will flash red (which i know is normal) however when i have read it the light will still be flashing red, this turns off automatically after around 4mins.


Just wondering if anyone else gets this as this does not happen with Emails, SMS and BBM's.

Appericate your help.

Yes... Happes on my Bold 9900 too.. with the latest OS 7.1, Latest WhatsApp downloaded from AppWorld....

I get a message... red notification light begins to flash... and never stops... softboot sometimes helps, sometimes doesn't

when it doesn't .. i obviously have to do a battery pull....

it annoyed me so much... i have finally disabled LED notification only for WHATSAPP .. I have just kept a customized audible sound tone for it.. so i know the IM is from whatsapp

try doing that... if your tone is audible enough.. you really don't need the light -- no other option i know... :(
