BTW, my contribution was $50 to the American Humane Society. FYI, if you donate there, be sure to print the webpage confirmation. I didn't, and although they ask for your email address, 3 days later and there's no email receipt/confirmation forthcoming. Hopefully I'll get a paper one in snailmail.
