Hide Sent Messages Not working
 

I just got a new 9300 and when I go into the mail options and select 'Yes' to Hide Sent Messages and then save it, it doesn't save. It stays at 'No' all the time regardless of what I do. Does anyone have any ideas?

I have exactly the same issue......driving me mad. Anyone any ideas?

I think it's a bug. AT&T told me to hit 'Alt+I' to temporarily get rid of the outbound msgs showing up. That works but as soon as you hit the back (return) key the view changes to show them. I'm trying to find a download of OS 6.0 because I really don't think they will fix the problem.

Same problem here with two of my users - I have a case open with Blackberry Tech Support. According to the rep they were unaware of the issue.

We have the same problem on the verizon ones as well. It only seems to be an every once in a while thing. Not all the time.

anyone find a solution to this? I'm seeing the same problem on Storm 2 9550.

I have had the issue with about 1 out of every 10 9300s. The only option i have found so far that works is to wipe the BB clean and then re-activate it. it has worked every time. It is not a resolution, but it does work.
