lost icons
 

I restarted by 8350i and lost my messge icon from my menu screen...restarted it again and now my email icon is gone....help!

What exactly do you mean by restarted?

Ordinarily, you would want to try a hard reset first. If the icons don't return, then try resending service books.

It is also possible you have accidently hidden the icons, or moved them. Show all icons, and look in folders, and see if that is what you've done.

took the battery out twice to restart my phone.....thats all I did and lost my email and my message icons

Ok. You are allowed to respond to the rest of the post, not just the first question.

Did you try resending service books? Do you know how? Do you know what this means?

Did you check to see if the icons are hidden, or in a folder? Even if you don't think you hid then, check anyway.

After the above, if you still have the problem, we'll look at other possibilities.

dont know anything about service books, and they are definately not hidden....have restarted this phone probably 30 times and still no email or message icons...so weird that they just disappeared for no reason after a restart
