bbm personal mrssage window problem

i have bold 9700 , i use bbm regualrly and my personal message window has disappeared how do i restore that window

Try pulling the battery to reset the phone. If you installed any Apps just before this happened it may be the cause. Delete it and pull the battery to reset.
