Aploader.exe & Error 507

See photo. Anyone know how to fix this? Restarted, reinstalled, I don't know how else to fix this. I'm trying to reload software with error 507 and this doesn't help.

What device? There is no 0000.

Frankly that looks like a pc error, not a BlackBerry error. The 507 code tells you there is no operating system on the handheld, which is what you want when you're upgrading. The process removes the old one and then installs a new os.

I'd try restarting the pc and then run Apploader again.
