How can I set the necessary application permissions?

OTA deployment of Google Maps ver. 3.0.1 from BES (ver 5.0.1) works fine but users are prompted for "Google Maps is attempting to access radio information" up to 6 or 7 times before application will launch. I have set everything to Allow in the Application Control Policy. How can I avoid these user prompts and achieve a properly silent install?

Seems this just ain't possible. Looks like Google apps aren't really designed for a BES-push environment.

Of course if anyone knows better .......
