Desktop Redirect Causing Collision on Network
 

Resently we have been seeing collsions on our network. After trouble shooting I have narrowed it down to one PC. After checking the PC it turned out to be Blackberry desktop redirect software causing the issue. I can stop the service from running and the collsions go away. Start the service backup and collsions start again. I have restarted, unstalled, reinstalled.

Does anyone know what setting could be causing this issue.

We have our Blackberry Users connecting to an Exchange server to access email. One of our users uses the software to sync the outlook contacts. We do not run a Blackberry server.
