9300 curve 3G device memory problem
Hi... My device memory ate itself out, fone freezes every 3min and bbm crashes sometimes due to critically low memory. Its currently sitting on 100% even though the apps I have personally installed dnt even take up more than 10mb( more like 6.8mb since I've deleted a lot), rebooting doesn't help. Its very stressful esp when I miss an important fone call when fone freezes.
Someone here mentioned going to 0PTIONS> STATUS> DATABASE something, options menu is different( shows preferences and reset settings). I know the memory shud be 256mb but somehow mine seems to using the 32mb limit. I know the issue is not my apps but sumn else. Please help Posted via BlackBerryForums.com Mobile |

Please do not use text speak as it makes your post hard to freeze.
Have you tried a battery pull? 1st step to take if device is having problems? - BlackBerryFAQ How many apps do you have installed? Do you have your music, pictures and ringtones on the SD card? Also read this: http://www.blackberryfaq.com/index.p...n_my_device%3F |
Re: 9300 curve 3G device memory problem
Thanx for your response. Yes taking the battery out has been done over and over but the memory still shows 100% full. As I've mentioned in the previous post. my apps don't even amount to 10mb because I've deleted most of what I used to have before and am only left with a few besides the usual stuff( like maps, appsworld, bbm, protect etc)
3rd party apps: Tweeter THP King Live( poker) Forces of War Opera Mini Reversi YouTube Social Feeds ScoreMobileFC That's about it. All my media is stored on a 2gig SD card( now at 1.3gb). I've only had this phone for 9 months... Posted via BlackBerryForums.com Mobile |
