get rid of "Preparing BlackBerry Hub"

Hey guys, today i suddenly seen that my z10's BlackBerry hub is preparing for 1 hour. It even took more but didn't load.

I didn't do something different to.m phone which could cause this.

No help on google. I hv tried all the options like rebooting, sim card in-out etc.

Please help me. i can't make a call or text due to this problem.

hold power button down for 30 seconds and see if it persists after
