Hi again

I'm a very happy user of black and white list, and more recently mcall manager software - it saves me a lot of hassle.

I installed the mcall manager onto my blackberry 8900 but had this stolen. In the meantime I've bought another 8900 (allbeit refurbed), and downloaded mcall onto the handset. It initially works in trial mode for 3 days, I then paid for the licence key online. The trouble is no licence key has been emailed to me. I have contacted i-software labs on their email address, but as in the past no reply.

I did have problems with B&W list on my pearl but that was because I purchased the wrong thing - back then I received nil support and ended up paying for several things until I got the right one.

This time I've not even been sent a licence key to activate. I've even submitted a dispute with paypal - which I presume will be emailed to isoftware but no response.

Does anyone have any ideas?are isoftware still active?do they respond to queries?

Assistance please.
