I remember years ago Buick won something from JDPowers with some rather questionable automobiles. I take this with a grain of salt as no matter how good or bad the iPhone is you are still stuck with at&t.

That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

JD Power Schmower whatever. Good ratings for a product help bolster sales, but it obviously doesn't mean much for the long term.
