My dad bought me a 8100 but the screen doesnt work
 

The sides of the screen are bouncy in the sense that they move up and down when you apply pressure and at the sides it looks like its kind of coming off. Any solution. Can it be repaired? he bought it in the USA and we're in Jamaica so he cant just go to store and ask for a refund or another one. I know the phone is on because i called it and it rang, but the screen was black even know the red flashing light was on.:?

No im pretty sure he didnt. Well my brother's is working perfectly fine also.

Sorry to say but it sounds like a messed up phone/screen.
