Based on the help menu..it shows menu - folder redirection but my BB does not shows...why ah????

Please add some more detail as to exactly what you are trying to do.

And I assume that you are using a BB 9700?

Are you on BES or BIS?

Messages > Options > Email Settings > {click menu button} > Folder Redirection
Expand the tree and select any folders you wish to have redirected to the handheld.

Thanks for your reply,I'm at BIS...I need to redirect sent mail so that I can view the sent item in my BB...

Because you're on BIS.
Folder Redirection is only available for BES activated handhelds.

how come it works on gmail and yahoo but not my own mailserver (cpanel/exim) ?

i meant the sent item and folder redirection
