duplicate rows in the ITAdminQueue table

duplicate rows into the ITAdminQueue table.
In BlackBerry Enterprise Server Version 4.1 SP5, this issue is resolved.

No it is not fixed. I have many duplicates. and some PINs listed are not in service.

Should I remove them or just certain ones?

Yes, in theory you can delete the duplicates fronm the table.

We also suffer from this and now run a script daily to remove duplicates from the ITAdminqueue. Unfortuanely I'm unable to provide the script for you but you need to be pushing back to RIM support for a resolution on this.

I am nervous about which ones to remove.:?

So I picked on the guy that is leaving next week.
I deleted only the newest ones, figured when they were activated the oldest one was present.

No issues with that person. Now off to remove the rest.
