Problems with email
My son has a new 8900 but when he is trying to log his email the only thing that the email setting it asks for account for blackberry Enterprise server! In other words he cant get past that promp! He want to go to BIS but it won't let him! Any help would be appreciated Thanks

Does he have a BlackBerry data plan on his mobile service account, and has that BlackBerry handset been registered on the BIS?
