7280 507 error
 

so another 7280 error 507 thread i have the software for my carrier installed on my comp and the bb desktop manager all ready to go deleted the vender file all that stuff when i go to reinstall the os everything goes fine till it's just about to install the os and i keep getting an error message saying the apploader can't connect to my device and it gives me a retry button which gets me no where can anyone tell me what i'm doing wrong?

Are you following our directions in the sticky at the top of the section?

Did you delete the vendor.xml file?
