'push failed' problem
 

hi,
i have a BB Bold 9000, OS 5.0.0.1036 and use Theme builder 6.0 on a WinXP and on a WinVista Business.
When i try to transfer a new theme (any theme) to the phone it says 'push failed'.
the phone is seen and can be accessed with the windows explorere as a device, i can copy ringtones and images there, no problem.
the transfer of the theme starts, the dialog loads, the phone shows it's receiving but then it stops.
i already spend a few hours trying to find out what the problem is, no luck yet, so i am here.
any ideas?

hi,
thank you for your fast reply, but the artikle does not include my problem as far as i understand it.
it is about problems with theme builder 5, and states the solution of the problem is to use version 6.
i use 6 and i don't have OS 6 on my phone but 5.
i already tried to get a theme builder 5 in the hope it would work with the old OS, but i couldn't find a download site.
any more ideas?

hm,
i managed to install a version 5 theme builder, but no luck there, the problme stays the same. :?
