Address Book Hotlist Query

On my 8120, I have the Bluetooth Option under "Address Book Transfer" to just transfer my "Hotlist".

As I don't need all my address book on my car phone, this sounds like a good solution...question is how do I create a hotlist or tag numbers as being on the hotist for address book transfer???
