Face Light
 

The whole face light (screen and keys) stays on all the time now. anyone have any idea how I can turn it off? Perhaps I turned it on by accident. :oops:
It's really draining my battery. And it's annoying! :?

Any moisture exposure? Even something as slight as a sweaty pocket? Did you drop it prior to noticing the light staying on?

If moisture is a possibility, you need to remove the battery now and go look at the FAQ and the article on what to do if you get your BlackBerry wet, at blackberryfaq.com.

If you are sure the device is dry, you should try a hard reset. With the power on, remove the battery for at least 30 seconds. Then test.

Last idea is to resinstall the OS or upgrade the OS. If you reinstall, wipe with JL_CMDER, then resinstall. If you upgrade, you do not need to wipe first.
