Deleted items folder
 

I have been getting maxed out on my email memory where I am unable to send out emails,although I have deleted emails regularly to keep space freed up. When I got to the Deleted Items folder it states "no messages". How do I get them out of the deleted items folder if they are not showing there?

Hi Kitty, please double check your wireless sync.
Make sure that Wireless Reconcile is set to On. Sometimes toggling that to off, saving it, then turning it back on will help.
Messages Options - Email reconciliation -
Delete on Mailbox and handheld,
wireless reconcile = Yes
On conflicts = Mailbox wins.
