cannot access some forum pages
 

Hi all,
I am getting a strange issue while logged into this forum. Sometimes when I try to access a forum thread or even going from one page to the next I get the following error:

You don't have permission to access /bes-admin-corner/index3.html on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request

I try to refresh and get the same error, but if I go to a different link then it works, but I cannot go back to the page that gave me the error.
Anyone with any thoughts as to why this would happen?
